Our regular cleaning service helps keep your home clean, fresh, and well maintained. Scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, it typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and emptying bins-so your space stays comfortable and hygienic.
Minimum visit
4 hours per session
Each booking is at least a half-day slot at the guide hourly rate.

Hourly rates depend on whether we supply materials and equipment.
Regular cleaning is billed by the hour. Choose whether S&I supplies consumables and equipment, or whether you
prefer to provide them yourself. Every session is subject to a minimum booking length.
With Materials and Equipment
£18 /hour
We bring our own professional-grade products and tools so each visit is ready to start on arrival.
Without Materials and Equipment
£15 /hour
You supply agreed consumables and equipment; we provide the labour and consistent cleaning routine.
Minimum Session Length
Each regular cleaning visit is booked for a minimum of 4 hours at
the applicable hourly rate (with or without materials and equipment).
