Our Airbnb and short-let turnover service prepares your property between guest stays to hotel-like standards, with emphasis on speed and high-level sanitation. Typical duties include deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, sanitising surfaces, changing linens and making beds, restocking amenities (toiletries, coffee, and other essentials you specify), taking inventory, laundering linen on- or off-site as agreed, and reporting visible damage so you can follow up quickly.

Airbnb / Short-Let Turnover
£18 /hour
Each booking runs for a minimum of 6 hours. Longer visits are
scheduled where laundry cycles, larger homes, or higher presentation standards require more time on site.
